Clemen Coffee Catering Services
Contract & Product Terms
Effective Date: December 17, 2024
This Catering Services Contract (“Contract”) is entered into by the Client (“Client”) and Clemen Coffee (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) upon acceptance by the Client.
1. Services
Clemen Coffee agrees to provide mobile coffee catering services as specified and agreed upon with the Client. Services include, but are not limited to, staffing, equipment, beverages, and setup for the event.
2. Deposit
To secure your event date, the Client agrees to pay a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total catering cost. No date will be reserved without this deposit.
3. Payment
The remaining balance is due no later than three (3) days prior to the scheduled event. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of services, with the deposit retained by Clemen Coffee.
4. Accuracy of Event Details & Modifications
The Client agrees to provide accurate event details, including guest count, location, and timing. Changes or inaccuracies may result in an adjusted final invoice. Clemen Coffee will notify the Client of any adjustments or surcharges in advance.
5. Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more prior: 20% of the total payment is refundable.
- Within 30 days of the event: Deposit is non-refundable.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
6. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is allowed with at least 10 days’ notice. A $250 rescheduling fee applies. The remaining balance may be credited toward a new event date, subject to availability, within six (6) months of the original date.
7. Liability
Clemen Coffee is not liable for direct or indirect damages, losses, or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including acts of God, venue issues, or Client negligence.
8. Acceptance
By submitting the deposit, the Client agrees to all terms of this Contract.
9. Governing Law
This Contract is governed by the laws of the State of California, and any disputes will be resolved in California courts.
10. Entire Agreement & Amendments
This Contract represents the entire agreement between the Client and Clemen Coffee. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by both parties.
11. Severability & Waiver
If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Failure to enforce a provision does not waive future enforcement of that or any other provision.
